Meet Jeremiah

I've been moving dirt since I was a child, sitting on my dad's lap in the skidder at our family farm. I've always loved outdoor projects, big equipment and the difference I can make by moving the land.

In 2021 I received my CDL and drove commercial milk trucks, dump trucks and over-the-road semi's all around the country.

During that time, I bought a mini excavator to use on our farm, and that changed everything!

I founded Melby Dirt Works to be closer to family, share my passions, and serve the communities I love.

When you work with me, you can expect a quick response, friendly and professional service, and hard work to exceed your vision.

Turbo is my sidekick. He loves dirt as much as I do!
